Notice of Annual General Meeting

Members of Adelaide Sailing Club are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held:

Date: Monday 22 June 2026
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Adelaide Sailing Club Clubhouse

The Agenda and Annual Report will be distributed electronically to members at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.

Members wishing to receive these documents in hard copy are requested to email manager@adelaidesailingclub.com.au prior to Friday 5 June 2026.

The following elections will be conducted at the meeting:

• Election of Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore for a term of one (1) year
• Election of four (4) Committee of Management members for a term of one (1) year
• Election of two (2) Board of Management members for a term of two (2) years, and one (1) Board of Management member for a term of one (1) year

Nomination forms are available from the Club Office, or accessed via the following link:

Nominations for the above positions must be submitted by an eligible voting member and seconded by another eligible voting member. Completed nominations must be received by the Club no later than 9:00am on Monday 8 June 2026.

Only eligible voting members may be nominated for the positions of Flag Officers and Committee members.

Notices of business for inclusion at the meeting must also be received by the Club no later than 9:00am on Monday 8 June 2026.
