Notice of Annual General Meeting
Members of the Adelaide Sailing Club,
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 23rd June ’25 at 8:00pm in the clubhouse.
The Agenda and Annual report will be sent electronically to members 7 days prior to the meeting.
If you would like to receive these documents in hard copy form please email manager@adelaidesailingclub.com.au prior to Friday 6th June ‘25 to advice.
The following elections will be held at the meeting:
- Election of Commodore, Vice Commodore and Rear Commodore for one year
- Election of four Committee of Management members for one year
- Election of two Board of Management members for two years and one member for one year.
The link to the Nomination form is below for your convenience, alternatively they are available from the club office or can be downloaded from the club website. http://www.adelaidesailingclub.com.au/info-home/. Nominations for the above positions by an eligible voting member and seconded by another eligible voting member must be received by the club before 9:00am Monday 9th June’25. Only eligible voting members may be nominated for the positions of Flag Officers and Committee members.
Notices of business for the meeting shall be received by the club before 9:00am Monday 9th June’25.
