Insurance for the Nationals

A few sailors (particulary overseas competitors) have queries regarding insurance for their respective championships over the Christmas/New Year period.

Yachting Australia has advises that competitors check their current insurance policy and whether or not it covers competing overseas. Often an insurance company will have a limited cover option which can be purchased for situations like this, so your insurance company may have this option and it would be best for you to explore this avenue first.
