Junior Sailing & Tackers Program

Adelaide Sailng Club is an accredeited Discover Sailing center,The largest off the beach sailing club in South Australia and we have a professional Sailing School operating seven days a week.

The TACKERS program is for kids aged 7-12, The Tackers system provides a clear pathway into the sport of sailing or the opportunity to have a go with out the up front cost and commitment of club sailing.TACKERS1: Having Fun, TACKERS 2; Tricks and Techniques,& TACKERS 3: Sailing Fast, Each course is 20hours Tuition and costs $380.00 Boats and safety equipment are supplied. each course is a full certificate course which also include a Tackers T-Shirt, Water Bottle, Photo Frames, and a presintation BBQ on completion. Fun Safe & Exciting 

Children in their teens 13years and over will learn to sail in our fleet of Pacer Dinghies. using the Yachting Australia Start Sailing Level 1 Program  taught by our team of qualified Yachting Australia Instructors. Students will recive a Certificate, Logbook, &the Start sailing right traning manuel. 

These course are designed for your children to learn to sail in a fun, safe and exciting environment. Using our fleet of TACKERS Boats and Pacer Dinghies. Courses cater for individual needs so if you are new to the sport or looking to gain confidence and extra knowledge this is the place to look for your next course.


Saturday Mornings:

TACKERS 1: Having Fun, 8 weeks tuition,9:00am-11:30am - Cost $380.00,  Members price $350 Second Sibling $320.00

This Course includes a Blue Tackers T-Shirt, Tackers Water bottle,Tackers Photo Frame with a photo of your group,and a Presentation BBQ on completion.

TACKERS 2: Tricks & Techniques, 8 weeks tuition,12:00pm-2:30pm - Cost $380.00, Members price $350 Second Sibling$320

This course includes a Green T-Shirt, a Dry Bag, Photo Frame with a group Photo, & Certificate. Presentation BBQ on completion
